How much does HRappka cost?

We provide the HRappka system in the form of a monthly or annual subscription. The cost of the system depends on the number of access accounts to the system. Write to us and we will send you an offer tailored to your needs.

Is the HRappka system compliant with the GDPR?

Yes, our system is adapted to the requirements of the GDPR, thanks to which you can easily meet all the requirements. The contract for using the HRappka system is enriched by a contract for entrusting personal data. In addition, our system has a module for adding and obtaining consents (e.g. for processing personal data). Does the HRappka system have a helpdesk?

Yes, technical support is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Is it possible to install the HRappka system on your own server? What are the minimum server requirements?

Yes, it is possible. 

Depending on the number of users working in the system, the server must meet different requirements. 

Maximum 50 users: 

  • Number of servers: 1 physical server 
  • CPU: 8core 
  • RAM: 8 GB 
  • DISC: SSD 500 GB 

Over 50 users: 

  • Number of servers: 2 physical servers 
  • CPU: 2 x 8 core 
  • RAM: 2 x 8 GB 
  • DISC: 2 x 2 x SSD 500 GB 

Software Requirements: 

  • System Linux Debian (>=7) 
  • PHP PHP wersja 5.6 
  • Database: Database Postgresql (>= 9.3) Serwer WWW Apache 
  • Ability to install add-ons for PHP: np ioncube_loader 
  • File php.ini configuration option
