Yes! Process automation starts from the stage of requesting a business trip. The application can also be submitted by an employee from anywhere with Internet access (from the employee portal).
At a later stage, the request is sent to the person who should accept the request for delegation (according to the configuration, which can be multi-stage).
The accepted request for a business trip returns to the applicant, who can complete the details of the business trip (e.g. add expenses, attach invoices). During a business trip, it is possible to attach travel expenses – invoices and receipts from the mobile application – just take a photo with your phone. A ready business trip can be sent for settlement.
Business trips are also settled according to configurable approval stages. Per diems, lump sums and mileage allowance are calculated automatically, in accordance with applicable law.
The ready business trip settlement can be downloaded to send to the accounting department and create payments (m.in. due per diems) that can be exported to the bank.
Additional information:
- At each stage, you can move the delegation back to the previous stage by adding an appropriate comment (e.g. when the invoice is illegible).
- In the case of a foreign trip, it is possible to automatically convert expenses into PLN, according to the exchange rate from the selected day. Exchange rates can be own or in accordance with the National Bank of Poland.
