HRappka enables employee self-service and employee access to their employment details. Thanks to this, employees can, among other things, efficiently display the details of contracts and salaries and report working hours, absences or leave requests.

From the portal level, the employee can fully manage the working time - from viewing the schedule and available absences to reporting worked hours, absences or business trips.

  • The system allows you to add detailed information about the planned business trip, such as the destination, destination, departure and return dates, or planned vacations
  • The system sends e-mail notifications about submitted applications and their acceptance or rejection
  • After accepting the application, the employee can change the details of the business trip, attach invoices, add lump sums, details of accommodation or meals, which allows for later settlement of the business trip.

Insights into employment data

The employee can have access to the data of your choice, which allows you to reduce the number of inquiries to the HR department.

  • The employee can check their personal data and report their willingness to make a change (most often it is a change of name, address or bank number)
  • The reported change is sent for approval by the person selected in the settings
  • The employee can have access to the details of their contracts with the possibility of downloading them
  • From the HRappka system, you can also send documents to employees by e-mail (also for electronic signature)
  • Employees can access and download payslips
  • An employee can view deductions and refunds assigned to their profile
  • This makes it possible, for for example, to view employee benefits or issued company equipment
  • View selected attachments added to the employee's profile
  • On each attachment, it is possible to configure whether the employee should see it
  • Possibility of adding attachments by the employee (e.g. a scan of a student ID card) directly from the phone camera

Onboarding:

  • Ability to automatically assign onboarding processes to employees (e.g., when adding a contract)
  • Onboarding processes can consist of presentations, surveys, knowledge tests, or videos
  • Ability to track onboarding progress

Training:

  • Access to the list of trainings available to the employee and the possibility of self-enrollment

Internal communication

The employee portal is also a place where employees will find answers and develop their competences.

  • Ability to create onboarding processes and automatically assign them to employees
  • Onboarding can consist of various types of content - text, graphics, videos, surveys, or knowledge tests
  • Employees can go through the onboarding steps from the employee portal, and you can track their progress

The tab with contact details allows you to check the data of the company in which the employee is employed and the contact details of the supervisor.

  • You can share documents with selected employees
  • Next to each document, you can define for whom it should be visible (e.g. for employees in selected groups, departments, with selected types of contracts)
  • This allows you to build a knowledge base with key documents

From the level of the employee portal, you can send various types of requests - reporting innovations, mobbing or the need for a certificate of earnings and more.

  • Sharing the training database with employees, with the option of visibility of training for a selected group of employees (e.g. for people from a selected department)

The main factors that affect the monthly price of HRapp are:

  • Number of active users of the system: You determine how many people in your company (e.g. in the HR department, managers) will have direct access to the system.
  • Selected modules: You decide which functional areas you want to use, adjusting the system perfectly to your processes (e.g. timesheets, leave requests or all functionalities).

Importantly, our pricing policy rewards scaling – this means that the more users of the system in your company, the lower the unit price for subsequent users becomes. This way, HRapp becomes even more profitable as your team grows.

We also have a very beneficial solution for companies with more specific needs: if you only care about handling working time records or leave requests, the price is then calculated from the number of all employees in your company and amounts to only PLN 6 net per month per employee. It's a transparent and affordable way to streamline these key HR processes.
