Managing employee accommodation in the HRappka system includes, among others, a calendar of apartments, managing the availability of apartments and rooms, assigning employees to employee accommodation, and efficient settlement of employees.
HRappka allows you to define employee apartments in the system, in a way that allows for efficient accommodation of employees and their settlement. We:
- defining the number of places in the apartment and rooms
- selection of amenities and standards of apartments and rooms
- defining the room accommodation plan (male/female/coed)
- Each apartment has its own calendar, which allows you to verify tenants in a selected period, shows the number of vacancies and allows you to efficiently assign employees to apartments and add reservations.
- In the system, you can also easily plan apartment inspections.
In the system, you can efficiently define accommodation fees:
- fees for tenants (e.g. rent, utilities, deductions for damages – they will be automatically included in the employee's settlement)
- costs and components of housing fees
In the system, you can also define counters and control their status.
What's more, the added fees for the apartment and possible deductions will automatically appear in the HR and payroll module, which allows you to settle employees.

Our pricing structure is fully flexible.
The main factors that affect the monthly price of HRapp are:
- Number of active users of the system: You determine how many people in your company (e.g. in the HR department, managers) will have direct access to the system.
- Selected modules: You decide which functional areas you want to use, adjusting the system perfectly to your processes (e.g. timesheets, leave requests or all functionalities).
Importantly, our pricing policy rewards scaling – this means that the more users of the system in your company, the lower the unit price for each of them becomes. This way, HRapp becomes even more profitable as your team grows.
We also have a very beneficial solution for companies with more specific needs: if you only care about handling working time records or leave requests, the price is then calculated from the number of all employees in your company and amounts to only PLN 6 net per month per employee. It's a transparent and affordable way to streamline these key HR processes.
