  • Basic working time – typical 8-hour model (Mon–Fri),
  • Equivalent working time – with the possibility of extending the daily working time and settling it over a longer period,
  • Task-based working time – ideal for employees who are accountable for completed tasks,
  • Individual working time schedule – with the possibility of independently determining the start and end of work.

Measuring the employee's working time can be done in various ways – it is important that it is tailored to the specifics of the company and in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. In HRappce, you can choose your preferred method of measuring working time and decide who in the company submits and approves schedule entries. The options are, m.in:

  • Registration with a card or employee code – ideal for stationary work and production plants,

  • Registration via the employee portal – allows you to independently report the start and end of work,

  • Rounding of entries – a function that allows for automatic adjustment of data from the T system in accordance with the company's policy.

Keeping records of employees' working time is the obligation of every employer employing at least one employee under an employment contract. Working time records can be kept both on paper and electronically.

Working time records should be kept reliably, in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Code, in a way that allows control of, m.in the start and end times of work, the number of hours worked, overtime and providing employees with daily and weekly rest.
