Employee self-service

HRappka enables employee self-service, i.e. employee access to the details of their employment. Thanks to this, employees can, for m.in, efficiently display the details of contracts and salaries and report working hours, absences or requests.

The employee may have access to the data you choose, including:

  • personal data with the possibility of reporting the change
  • Contracts
  • wages (payslips)
  • employee items and benefits
  • selected attachments and documents with the possibility of uploading new ones (e.g. student ID)

The ERP module in the HRappka system allows you to efficiently manage your fleet, employee apartments, magazines or warehouses.

Integrations and reports

Multi-level data reporting and export to other programs allow you to efficiently control HR department processes, maintain existing procedures and faithfully reflect them in the HRappka system.

You can integrate HRapp with many programs - among others, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Slack, ZUS PUE, praca.gov.pl, SMSapi, or SerwerSMS.

What is more, we enable the export of HR and settlement data in various formats, m.in. tax returns to the Tax Office, ZUS declarations to the ZUS Payer program, employee data and settlements to Comarch ERP Optima Payroll, or SYMFONIA FK (accounting software).

Importantly, our pricing policy rewards scaling – this means that the more users of the system in your company, the lower the unit price for each of them becomes. This way, HRapp becomes even more profitable as your team grows.

We also have a very beneficial solution for companies with more specific needs: if you only care about handling working time records or leave requests, the price is then calculated from the number of all employees in your company and amounts to only PLN 6 net per month per employee.
